Each guest is responsible for making safe transportation decisions and for their own consumption of alcoholic beverages.
11. ATTENDEE CONDUCT
The First Edition is intended to be a respectful, welcoming gathering.
Guests agree to behave in a manner that does not interfere with the experience, safety, privacy, or enjoyment of other attendees, Event staff, vendors, or venue personnel.
Clarity Print Co. may refuse admission or require a guest to leave for disruptive, threatening, harassing, unsafe, unlawful, intoxicated, or otherwise inappropriate conduct. A guest removed for conduct is not entitled to a refund.
Guests are responsible for damage they intentionally cause to the venue or property of Clarity Print Co., its vendors, or other attendees.

16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
To the extent permitted by law, any legal action arising from these Terms or attendance at the Event shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Williamson County, Tennessee.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any portion of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
A failure by Clarity Print Co. to enforce any provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
18. ENTIRE EVENT TERMS
These Terms, together with the Event registration information and any policies expressly incorporated into the registration process, constitute the terms governing attendance at The First Edition.
Clarity Print Co. may update these Terms before the Event when reasonably necessary. Material changes affecting registered guests will be communicated as appropriate.
